Gift Box Shipping

To make sure nothing is damaged in transit, the items in your gift box will be individually wrapped and packed separately for shipping.

Your gift box, box filler, ribbon and gift tag are all included in your order. Once it arrives, simply unwrap the items, place them inside the gift box, add the filler, pop the lid on and finish with the ribbon and gift tag.

Everything you need is included — it just needs a quick little assembly before gifting.

If you’re purchasing in store or selecting Click & Collect, your gift box will be beautifully assembled for you and ready to gift.

Everything will be placed inside with the box filler, finished with the ribbon and gift tag, so there’s nothing for you to do.

Every Kiss My Art HQ candle is lovingly hand poured on the Gold Coast in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and a beautiful fragrance experience from the very first burn through to the last.

We take pride in creating candles that are non-toxic and designed to be enjoyed safely in your home, office, or favourite space.

WAX:
We use a premium 100% natural soy wax that is renewable, sustainable, and biodegradable, providing a clean and long-lasting burn.

FRAGRANCE:
Our fragrances are proudly sourced from Australian manufacturers and are specifically formulated for use in candles and home fragrance products. They are free from harmful phthalates and comply with both RIFM and IFRA safety standards.

CRUELTY FREE:
None of our products or fragrance ingredients are tested on animals, because we believe beautiful home fragrance should be kind in every way. ♡

Candle Care & Safety Warnings

To ensure a safe and beautiful burn, please follow these guidelines:

• Always trim your wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
• Burn your candle long enough to allow the melt pool to reach close to the edge of the vessel to help prevent tunnelling.
• Do not burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
• Allow the candle to cool before relighting.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep away from curtains, drafts, fans, open windows and flammable materials.
• Excessive wind, airflow or drafts may impact burn performance, flame height, burn time and overall candle longevity.
• Decorative shells, botanicals or embellishments should be kept away from the wick and flame area during burning.
• Stop use when approximately 1–1.5cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
• Vessel may become hot during use. Allow to cool before handling.
